The Woodlands Operations Team requires a coordinator to supervise field operations to meet quality, volume and cost requirements. The successful candidate will work as part of the operations team to set goals, assist in harvest planning and scheduling; plan annual budgets and cost controls, supervise harvesting, hauling and road building contractors. Supporting safety, aboriginal, local community and quality programs is essential.
Applicants require a B.Sc. in forestry or a diploma from a recognized forestry technical school, and are eligible for or possess a professional forestry designation. Contract administration experience in mechanical logging and log haul operations is a definite asset.
